Time Map

For this time map, I documented my breathe.  I made a line for each inhale and each exhale that I took for one hour.  Through this, I gained awareness of the speed of my breathe, how drastically and often it changed and the depth, movement, what body part it went to, and what it felt like.  I also realized the connection between my breathe and my thoughts.
