The fist sounds besides talking are rummaging in the dirt and leaves rustling as they walk through the jungle.  Then they find the clock which is ticking. After when they find all of the different items that the people have the music starts as a combination of the sounds each object makes: water bubbling, paper ripping, a typewriter, breaking plates, the ding of the typewriter. Then from there a gradual transition occurs from the object to musical instruments. The percussion is the section that really embodies the characteristics of the objects and the sounds they would be making. Then the trumpet comes in as the elephant. Pots and pans banging and different drum kit sounds make a big climax point. Most of the sounds, if not all, are coming from instruments not the actual objects as the music starts picking up. But the way the movies corresponds to the sounds really brings the different objects to life.
