I believed the sounds I heard in this clip from spongebob were both made and found sounds. Made sounds include the background music being performed by an orchestra, however it sounds specific to the 1930s/40s. The opening of the door sounds like an actual door was used while the closing sound of the door sounds like a heavy metal object was dropped on the floor. The voice of the old lady almost sounds like two things were ground against one another since its so scratchy and low. The exchange of money appears to be an actual sound from a cash register. When Spongebob is speaking and he says "shhh" it sounds more like a fizzy bottle of soda being opened rather than someone just saying "shh." And the sound of the waving money sounds like a sheet of thin metal being waved in the wind, giving it a flexible noise.
